hey, just a reminder that holding suicide over someone’s head is emotional abuse. if you have someone who tells you that they’ll kill themselves if you leave them, if you stop talking to them, if you do something they do not want you to do, that is abuse- and you have every right to get out of that situation.

Today in physics the two people who I usually work on labs with were both missing, which wouldn’t have been a problem, but our teacher asked us to get in partners rather than groups of three or four. I couldn’t just latch onto someone else’s group and the one other person who ended up without a partner is someone who’ve I’ve talked about on here before.

He’s rude, uncooperative, misogynistic, and acts very entitled. My teacher went up to me, when he saw I didn’t have a partner, looked around, and he held his gaze at this kid who I did not want to work with at all. I was dreading him telling me that I should go work with him, but instead he turned to me and said, “I’ll make an exception with you. You can go join another group.”  I was so happy and I got to spend that class working with two super nice girls.
